Artily began in Kolkata when Akshay Botrha and Ronak Chajjer decided to build the kind of place they kept searching for: bold drinks, comforting food, and a quality-first rhythm that never treats scale as the main prize.
Founder Point of View
Akshay and Ronak are fascinated by what food and drinks can do together: the texture of tapioca, the drama of a cold foam, the freshness of a mojito, the comfort of pasta, and the way one good plate can make a table stay longer. Artily was built around that fascination, not around opening outlets as fast as possible.

The founders keep the menu personal: drinks they want to improve, food they want to eat, and ideas they are willing to test repeatedly.
Cold Foams, Popsicle drinks, Tapioca, Popping Bubble, Coffees, Mojitos, and comfort food all go through a loop of tasting, adjusting, and refining.
Artily is designed to grow only when the product can stay consistent: good ingredients, clean builds, trained hands, and a final plate or pour worth repeating.
